Commencement and Termination by Expiry. This Agreement, and the licences granted hereunder, shall come into effect on the Commencement Date and, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Clause 8, shall continue in force on a country by country basis until the later of:

This Agreement, and the licenses granted hereunder, shall come into effect on the Commencement Date and, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Clause 8 shall continue in force until the expiration, lapse or invalidation of the last remaining patents issued under the Patents or if such Patents are patent applications under such patents, until they are refused or rejected without a right of appeal.

Commencement and Termination by Expiry. This Agreement, and the rights granted hereunder, shall come into effect on the Commencement Date and, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Clause 11, shall continue in force in each country in the Territory until the latest of the fifteenth anniversary of the date of the first commercial sale of Licensed Product in such country in the Territory by Kuhnil or its Affiliates; and on such date this Agreement and the rights granted hereunder shall terminate automatically by expiry.
