Common use of Commencement and Termination by Expiry Clause in Contracts

Commencement and Termination by Expiry. This Agreement, and the licences granted hereunder, shall come into effect on the Commencement Date and shall continue in force for a period of five (5) years, unless: (a) extended in accordance with Clause 9.2; or (b) terminated early in accordance with Clause 9.3 (together, the “Term”). Upon expiry of the Term, this Agreement and the licences granted hereunder shall terminate automatically by expiry.
