Common use of Commencement and Termination by Expiry Clause in Contracts

Commencement and Termination by Expiry. This Agreement, and the licence granted hereunder, shall come into effect on the Commencement Date and, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Clause 7, shall continue in force until the [[tenth (10th)] anniversary of the [Commencement Date] or [the [tenth (10th)] anniversary of the first commercial sale of any Developed Products and Services in any Territory]. On such date, this Agreement and the licence granted hereunder shall terminate automatically by expiry.
