AGREEMENT FLEXIBILITY 7.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an employer and an individual employee may agree to vary the application of certain terms of this agreement to meet the genuine individual needs of the employer and the individual employee. Collective Agreements There are no collective agreements affecting your terms and conditions of employment.
Flexibility Arrangements 9.1 The Employer and an Employee may agree to make an individual flexibility arrangement to vary a term of the Agreement if the arrangement:
Labour Flexibility (i) An employer may direct an employee to carry out such duties as are reasonable and within the limits of the employee's skill, competence and training consistent with employee's classification, grouping and/or career stream provided that such duties are not designed to promote deskilling.
Compliance Between Individual Contract and Master Agreement An individual contract between the Board and an individual employee, heretofore or hereafter executed, shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement during its duration shall be controlling.
RDO Flexibility The application of this clause is dependent upon consultation and agreement between the parties provided that agreement will not be unreasonably withheld.
Single Collective Agreement a) Central terms and local terms shall together constitute a single collective agreement.
