Cheerleading. 2.5% Basketball Coach. 4.5% Grade School or Jr. High Coaches. 4% Intramural. 3% Longevity for Junior High, Grade School Coaches and Intramural will be based upon one-half (1/2) the Varsity-Junior Varsity Longevity Schedule.
Cheerleading. 1. The program will follow State & National Federation regulations. The cheerleader coach, in cooperation with the athletic directors, shall develop procedures and timelines for cheerleader tryouts.
Cheerleading a. Cheerleading--Girls from both schools are encouraged to try out for the cheerleading squad each year. Successful candidates will be required to purchase shoes and possible other attire as directed. They must attend all practices as required.
Cheerleading. Students participating as cheerleaders must meet the eligibility standards as specified by the Arkansas Activities Association. Students not meeting these eligibility standards will not be able to participate as a cheerleader. The district also requires participation in a random drug testing program. Students and parents must sign a form agreeing to abide by the district policy before being allowed to participate.
Cheerleading. Four (4) Judges & one (1) Safety Judge will be assigned to all Varsity/Jv events. Maximum 2 driver fees permitted. Judges are expected to arrive a minimum of 45 minutes prior to the “Actual” start of the event for scoring preparation-per NYSCJA regulation. Maximum 3 driver fees permitted.
Cheerleading a. Invitational events – compensation will be $116.00 (2016-2017), $117.00 (2017- 2018) and $119.00 (2018-2019) per meet with a three (3) hour minimum. The hourly rate beyond the first three (3) hours will be $36.00 (2016-2017), $37.00 (2017-2018) and $38.00 (2018-2019) paid at increments of a half hour.
Cheerleading. Sectional championship (state qualifier) – compensation will be $168.00 (2019- 2020), $169.00 (2020-2021) and $170.00 (2021-2022) per meet with a three (3) hour minimum. The hourly rate beyond the first three (3) hours will be $41.00 over the three years of contract, paid at increments of a half hour. There will be 4 judges, 1 safety and 2 scoring $100.00 (2019-2020), $101.00(2020-2021), and $102.00(2021-2022). All pay sheets must be submitted within 3 business days of competition.
Cheerleading. Cheerleading. Cheerleaders will be chosen by open tryouts. Cheerleaders may participate in other sports and activities while being a cheerleader.
Cheerleading. A coach who coaches more than one group of cheerleading squads will have a stipend negotiated between the coach and the administration.
