CHECK BY UNION REPRESENTATIVES. The employer agrees to provide access to duly accredited representatives of the Union to visit his/her shop or job at any time during working hours for the purpose of inspecting lists of employees and/or personally visit said employees in order to determine whether the shop is being conducted in accordance with this Agreement.
