CALL OUT ROSTER ARRANGEMENTS (WORKS AND SERVICES. (a) Employees participating in the call out roster will be entitled to a separate allowance payment of a flat $25 per week. In addition to this allowance, Employees who are on call will be entitled to an additional allowance of $45 per day.
