Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring. The Home shall upon entry into the Service Agreement or the Long-Term Care Service Accountability Agreement (L-SAA) with the Ministry of Health and Long- Term Care or the Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) in respect of residents cared for by members of this bargaining unit and provide copies of such agreements to the Union. The parties agree to meet to discuss decisions made by the LHIN that have any impact on the home. Employees affected and the Union will be advised as soon as possible when a decision to integrate is taken.
