Calculation of CP Costs. On the third Business Day immediately preceding each Settlement Date, each Conduit shall calculate the aggregate amount of its Conduit Costs for the related Settlement Period and shall notify Seller of such aggregate amount.
Calculation of CP Costs. Not later than the 3rd Business Day immediately preceding each Monthly Reporting Date, each Conduit shall calculate the aggregate amount of CP Costs applicable to its CP Rate Loans for the Calculation Period then most recently ended and shall notify the Funding Agent, who shall promptly notify Borrower of such aggregate amount, not later than the 2nd Business Day immediately preceding such Monthly Reporting Date.
Calculation of CP Costs. On or about the 5th Business Day of each month, each Conduit shall calculate the aggregate amount of CP Costs in respect of the Capital associated with all Purchaser Interests of such Conduit for the Accrual Period then most recently ended and shall notify the Agent of such aggregate amount. Upon receipt of calculations for the Accrual Period then most recently ended from each Conduit, the Agent shall promptly forward to the Seller a summary of such calculations.
Calculation of CP Costs. Not later than the 3rd Business Day immediately preceding each Monthly Reporting Date, Blue Ridge shall calculate the aggregate amount of CP Costs applicable to its Receivable Interests for the Calculation Period then most recently ended and shall notify Seller of such aggregate amount.
Calculation of CP Costs. On the fifth Business Day immediately preceding each Settlement Date, Company shall calculate the aggregate amount of CP Costs for the Accrual Period then most recently ended and shall notify Seller of such aggregate amount.
Calculation of CP Costs. On the 13th day of each month ----------------------- (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next following Business Day), PREFCO shall calculate the aggregate amount of CP Costs for the applicable Accrual Period and shall notify the Seller of such aggregate amount.
Calculation of CP Costs. On each Business Day, each Purchaser (or the applicable Purchaser Agent on its behalf) shall calculate the aggregate amount of CP Costs applicable to its Receivable Interests accrued through the end of the preceding Business Day and shall notify Seller of such aggregate amount; provided, however, if any Conduit Purchaser is unable or unwilling to make such daily calculation, such Conduit Purchaser (or the applicable Purchaser Agent on its behalf) shall only be required to notify the Seller on the first Business Day of each calendar week with respect to the applicable CP Costs for each Business day in the preceding week.
Calculation of CP Costs. On or before the fifth (5th) Business Day immediately preceding each Settlement Date, each Managing Agent shall calculate the aggregate amount of CP Costs and Yield, if any, due and payable to each Conduit Purchaser in its Purchase Group for the immediately preceding Accrual Period and shall notify Seller of such aggregate amount. Such aggregate amount shall be calculated in respect of each Conduit Purchaser using an estimate of the CP Costs, if necessary, for the remaining days in such Accrual Period, provided, that such aggregate amount shall be adjusted as follows: if the Managing Agent of such Conduit Purchaser shall have used an estimate of CP Costs with respect to the preceding Accrual Period, such Managing Agent shall compute the actual aggregate CP Costs of such Conduit Purchaser for such preceding Accrual Period and (i) if the actual aggregate CP Costs of such Conduit Purchaser so computed are greater than the estimated aggregate CP Costs calculated for such preceding Accrual Period, the aggregate CP Costs for such Conduit Purchaser calculated pursuant to the preceding sentence for the current Accrual Period shall be increased by the amount of such difference, and (ii) if the actual aggregate CP Costs of such Conduit Purchaser so computed are less than the estimated aggregate CP Costs for such preceding Accrual Period, the aggregate CP Costs for such Conduit Purchaser calculated pursuant to the preceding sentence for the current Accrual Period shall be decreased by the amount of such difference.
Calculation of CP Costs. On the 10th Business Day immediately preceding each Settlement Date, each Conduit shall calculate the aggregate amount of CP Costs (or, as applicable, Discount at the Default Rate) owing to it for the applicable Accrual Period and shall notify the Seller of such aggregate amount.
Calculation of CP Costs. On each Determination Date, each Conduit will calculate the aggregate amount of its CP Costs for the applicable Accrual Period and will notify the Seller of such aggregate amount.
