Common use of Calculation of CP Costs Clause in Contracts

Calculation of CP Costs. On each Business Day, each Purchaser (or the applicable Purchaser Agent on its behalf) shall calculate the aggregate amount of CP Costs applicable to its Receivable Interests accrued through the end of the preceding Business Day and shall notify Seller of such aggregate amount; provided, however, if any Conduit Purchaser is unable or unwilling to make such daily calculation, such Conduit Purchaser (or the applicable Purchaser Agent on its behalf) shall only be required to notify the Seller on the first Business Day of each calendar week with respect to the applicable CP Costs for each Business day in the preceding week.
