Business Leadership. 4.2.1 The Training Program will include, but not necessarily be limited to, a new hire "bootcamp", specialty training on network engineering, Cisco essential skills and KPMG best practices, and on-going self-directed learning in topics such as network engineering and program management, as set forth in Exhibit A. The training Program will award Cisco certifications in the areas of support, design and other specialties as agreed between Cisco and KPMG. KPMG shall have the right and the obligation (on terms as the Parties may agree) under this Alliance Agreement to participate in future certification programs made available to other Cisco solution partners.
