Build to Order. Program A 50% deposit is required to enter your order into production. Products are shipped to any point of destination within the continental USA in 6–10 weeks. Availability OFD maintains a high level of inventory in our In-Stock Program in our regional distribution center. Our inventory is replenished on a regular basis, and orders are filled on a first come first served basis once a confirmed order is placed and an order acknowledgement is received.

Build to Order. Configuration Matrix The BTO options may be installed in various combinations as shown in Table 2-5 below. The individual components may occupy any of the three (3) available BTO locations (PCMCIA, Mini-PCI or OEM) as appropriate. However, full qualification against all possible combinations of vendor component need not be qualified since only specific BTO components may be ordered and installed in the Wildcat tablet. Based on the specific BTO components identified in Table 2-4 (as revised during product development), the corresponding configurations from Table 2-5 shall be functionally qualified and verified against the functional, EMI/EMC, and regulatory requirements of this document. Build to Order. For BTO Products, 3Com will provide a minimum of three (3) months continuous, Blanket Purchase Order coverage. Blanket Purchase Orders and BPO Delivery Line Items may be submitted in the form of hard copy, by facsimile, or by electronic means if there is an appropriate agreement in place between 3Com and MSSLO. Blanket Purchase Orders will specify part numbers, total quantity, prices, Product revisions, end delivery date, and delivery locations all of which shall be consistent with the terms hereof. BPO Delivery Line Items will specify part numbers, quantity, prices, Product revisions, required delivery dates, and delivery locations all of which shall be consistent with the terms hereof. Any terms or conditions contained in the Blanket Purchase Order or in MSSLO's acknowledgement or other document which are inconsistent with or in conflict with the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement or which increase or impose additional obligations, liabilities, or risks upon the other Party are hereby expressly rejected and shall have no effect. Blanket Purchase Orders will be for one part number per Blanket Purchase Order and indicate: (1) agreed-upon purchase Price; (2) method for shipping, receiving and billing of Product; and (3) payment terms, all as defined in this Agreement. As 3Com provides MSSLO with continuing access to backlog information, MSSLO will monitor 3Com's backlog for BTO SKUs on a daily basis and schedule production to meet MSSLO's replenishment leadtime commitments. MSSLO will inform 3Com of its daily SKU shipment plan to support 3Com backlog. MSSLO will notify 3Com if the remaining and projected demand is approaching the maximum capacity remaining in the Quarter. Upon such notice, 3Com may release BPO Delivery Line Items to fulfill projected demand. 3Com will release BPO Delivery Line Items for BTO Products at least weekly to cover production activity confirmed by 3Com. BPO Delivery Line Items will be governed by the terms of the Blanket Purchase Order. Furthermore, the quantity of Products to be provided by the Blanket Purchase Order will be reduced by the quantity of Products indicated on the BPO Delivery Line Item.
Build to Order. Customer agrees and acknowl- edges that the Goods are specialty items of equipment manufactured pursuant to designs, plans and specifica- tions. In the manufacturing of Nikon SLM’s Goods, Nikon SLM proceeds according to the "Build to Order" principle and reserves the contractually agreed time/space and resources in production for the Customer upon acknowl- edgment of Customer’s purchase order. Customer acknowledges that it is legally bound to the binding pur- chase order and obliged to accept the Goods Build to Or- der.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Update of Schedules Each of Schedules 7.05(b) (in respect of the lists of Patents, Trademarks, and Copyrights under Section 7.05(b)(i)), 7.05(c), 7.06, 7.14, 7.15 and 7.16 may be updated by Borrower from time to time in order to reflect any material change and insure the continued accuracy of such Schedule as of any upcoming date on which representations and warranties are made incorporating the information contained on such Schedule. Such update may be accomplished by Borrower providing to the Lenders, in writing (including by electronic means), a revised version of such Schedule in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.02. Each such updated Schedule shall be effective immediately upon the receipt thereof by the Lenders.

  • Submission of Orders Each person desiring to purchase Shares in the Offering will be required to complete and execute a subscription eligibility form provided by the Company to each Dealer for use in connection with the Offering (the “Eligibility Form”) and to deliver to the Dealer such completed and executed Eligibility Form together with a check or wire transfer (“instrument of payment”) in the amount of such person’s purchase, which must be at least the minimum purchase amount set forth in the Prospectus. Those persons who purchase Shares will be instructed by the Dealer to make their instruments of payment payable to or for the benefit of “Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund Inc.” Purchase orders received and processed by the Company prior to the close of the New York Stock Exchange (generally, 4:00 p.m. Eastern time; the “close of business”) on any business day will be executed at the price per share of the class of shares being purchased calculated at the end of such business day plus, for Class A shares only, applicable selling commissions, in accordance with the procedures described in the Prospectus. Purchase orders received and processed after the close of business on any business day, or on a day that is not a business day, will be executed at the price per share of the class of shares being purchased calculated at the end of the next business day plus, for Class A shares only, applicable selling commissions, in accordance with the procedures described in the Prospectus. Subscribers may not submit an initial purchase order until at least five (5) business days after the date on which the subscriber receives a copy of the Prospectus. If the Dealer receives an Eligibility Form or instrument of payment not conforming to the foregoing instructions, the Dealer shall return such Eligibility Form and instrument of payment directly to such subscriber not later than the end of the next business day following its receipt. Eligibility Forms and instruments of payment received by the Dealer which conform to the foregoing instructions shall be transmitted for deposit pursuant to one of the methods described in this Section II. Transmittal of received investor funds will be made in accordance with the following procedures: Where, pursuant to the Dealer’s internal supervisory procedures, internal supervisory review is conducted at the same location at which Eligibility Forms and instruments of payment are received from subscribers, Eligibility Forms and instruments of payment will be transmitted by the end of the next business day following receipt by the Dealer for deposit to Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund Inc. as set forth in the Eligibility Form or as otherwise directed by the Company. Where, pursuant to the Dealer’s internal supervisory procedures, final and internal supervisory review is conducted at a different location, Eligibility Forms and instruments of payment will be transmitted by the end of the next business day following receipt by the Dealer to the office of the Dealer conducting such final internal supervisory review (the “Final Review Office”). The Final Review Office will in turn, by the end of the next business day following receipt by the Final Review Office, transmit such Eligibility Forms and instruments of payment for deposit to Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund Inc. as set forth in the Eligibility Form or as otherwise directed by the Company.

  • Protocol No action to coerce or censor or penalize any negotiation participant shall be made or implied by any other member as a result of participation in the negotiation process.
