Blanket Purchase Orders definition

Blanket Purchase Orders means agreements between the Township and one or more suppliers under which the supplier agrees to supply a certain class of items for an agreed period of time. The purpose of a blanket purchase order is to allow an authorized requisitioner to deal directly with a supplier.

  • Blanket Purchase Orders shall be updated, as needed, to reflect agreed-upon Price adjustments and agreed Products revision changes (including, but limited to, agreed engineering changes and deviations).

  • Blanket Purchase Orders are issued for administrative purposes only, are not binding orders for Products and do not in any way bind JDSU to purchase any Products or material.
