Bond Registration Books. The Trustee will keep at its office sufficient books for the registration and transfer of the Bonds, which during normal business hours shall be open to inspection by the Authority upon reasonable notice, and upon presentation for such purpose the Trustee shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or transfer the Bonds in such books as hereinabove provided.

Bond Registration Books. The terms and provisions of Section 2.08 of the Original Trust Agreement shall apply to the 2014 Series A Bonds.
Bond Registration Books. The Trustee will keep or cause to be kept, at the Principal Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee sufficient books for the registration and transfer of the Bonds, which shall upon reasonable prior notice and at all reasonable times be open to inspection by the Authority, the City or the Credit Facility Provider, if any, and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Trustee shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or transfer or cause to be registered or transferred, on said books, Bonds as hereinbefore provided. The person in whose name any Bond shall be registered shall be deemed the Owner thereof for all purposes hereof, and payment of or on account of the interest with respect to and principal of and Redemption Price represented by such Bond shall be made only to or upon the order in writing of such registered Owner, which payments shall be valid and effectual to satisfy and discharge liability upon such Bond to the extent of the sum or sums so paid.

  • DIR Registration California Labor Code Section 1725.5 requires the Contractor and all subcontractors performing Public Works services to be currently registered with the DIR, as specified in California Labor Code Section 1725.5. California Labor Code Section 1771.1 provides that a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal (subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the California Public Contract Code), or engage in the performance of any contract for Public Work, unless currently registered and qualified to perform Public Work in accordance with California Labor Code Section 1725.5.
