Board of Trustee Meeting Minutes. The School Corporation shall maintain copies of all minutes of meetings of the Board of Trustees of the School Corporation, including any actions of the Board of Trustees taken by unanimous written consent in lieu of a meeting, certified by an officer of the School Corporation or a member of the Board of Trustees as to their completeness and accuracy. The School Corporation shall provide such documents to DC PCSB pursuant to the compliance reporting requirements no later than the end of the next fiscal year quarter after the occurrence of the School Board’s meeting.

  • Chairperson of Committee An Employer representative and a Union representative shall alternate in presiding over meetings.

  • Meeting of the Board of Directors The Board of Directors of the Company may hold meetings, both regular and special, within or outside the State of Delaware. Regular meetings of the Board may be held without notice at such time and at such place as shall from time to time be determined by the Board. Special meetings of the Board may be called by the President on not less than one day’s notice to each Director by telephone, facsimile, mail, telegram or any other means of communication, and special meetings shall be called by the President or Secretary in like manner and with like notice upon the written request of any one or more of the Directors.

  • Union Meetings The Employer recognizes the Union's interest in keeping its members informed and aware of its activities through regular union meetings. The Employer may approve the use of the agency facilities to hold union meetings. Union meetings, including general and/or committee(s) meetings, held on employer premises will not interfere with the operation of the Employer.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential.

  • Chairperson The Chairperson will supervise and control the affairs of the Committee and shall exercise such supervisory powers as may be given him/her by the Members of the Committee. The Chairperson will perform all duties incident to such office and such other duties as may be provided in these bylaws or as may be prescribed from time to time by the Committee. The Chairperson shall preside at all meetings and shall exercise parliamentary control in accordance with Xxxxxx’s Rules of Order.

  • Meeting of Committee In the event of either party wishing to call a meeting of the Committee, the meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement, however, such meeting to be held not later than 14 days after request has been received unless varied by mutual agreement.
