Chairperson of Committee. An Employer representative and a Union representative shall alternate in presiding over meetings.
Chairperson of Committee. Chairpersons for joint union-management committee meetings will be designated on a rotating basis; that is, a union committee person will chair the first meeting and an employer committee person will chair the second meeting and so on.

Chairperson of Committee. The meetings of the Committee shall be chaired by the Employer' s representative and the Vice Chairperson will be selected by the Union. Requests for additional meetings may be made by either party by giving seven (7) days notice.

Responsibilities of Committee The Committee shall not have jurisdiction over wages or any other matter of collective bargaining, including the administration of this agreement. The Committee shall not supersede the activities of any other committee of the Union or of the Employer and shall not have the power to bind either the Union or its members or the Employer to any decisions or conclusions reached in their discussions. The Committee shall have the power to make recommendations to the Union and the Employer on the following general matters:
Chairperson of Committee. The committee may elect a chairperson from regular members of the committee, however the absence of a chairperson will not preclude the committee from continuing to meet, unless the committee agrees otherwise.
