Benefits While on Pregnancy, Parental or Paternity Leave. The University will continue coverage for all benefits in which the Employee is enrolled immediately prior to the leave, subject to Article 23, provided the Employee pays her normal share of contributions and/or premiums in advance by post-dated cheque(s).
