Benefits and Entitlements. IV.5.3.4.1 The Board shall provide for a period of up to two (2) consecutive years to a member on unpaid leave pension, life insurance, medical, dental, and other usual benefits. The Board shall pay both its contributions and the member's contributions, as though the member were receiving non-leave salary as defined under IV.5.2.7.3. In the case of unpaid leaves which entail alternative employment, and such employment includes benefits, members shall assume the compensation and benefits of the alternate employer.
