Benefit of Indemnities. The obligations of Owner in respect of all indemnities, obligations, adjustments and payments in Section 8.1 or 8.3 are expressly made for the benefit of, and shall be enforceable by, the Indemnitee or Tax Indemnitee entitled thereto, notwithstanding any provision of the Trust Indenture.
Benefit of Indemnities. The obligations of Lessee in respect of all indemnities, obligations, adjustments and payments in Section 9.1 or 9.3 are expressly made for the benefit of, and shall be enforceable by, the Indemnitee or Tax Indemnitee entitled thereto, without declaring the Lease to be in default or taking other action thereunder, and notwithstanding any provision of the Trust Indenture.
Benefit of Indemnities. Borrower’s obligations for indemnities, obligations, adjustments, and payments in Section 9.1 or Section 9.3 are expressly made for the benefit of, and shall be enforceable by, the Indemnitee or Tax Indemnitee entitled thereto as and to the extent provided herein, notwithstanding any provision of the Mortgage.
Benefit of Indemnities. Lessee's obligations for indemnities, obligations, adjustments, and payments in ss. 9.1 or ss. 9.3 are expressly made for the benefit of, and shall be enforceable by, the Indemnitee or Tax Indemnitee entitled thereto, without declaring the Lease to be in default or taking other action thereunder.
Benefit of Indemnities. All rights expressed to be granted to each Indemnitee (other than Sublessor) under this Agreement are given to Sublessor on behalf of that Indemnitee.
Benefit of Indemnities. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall hold the benefit of the indemnities in Sections 12.5 and 12.6 in trust for those Indemnified Persons who are not parties to this Agreement.

Benefit of Indemnities. In Clause 9.2, "State", as a Client Party, includes the State of Western Australia, any Parliament, department, agency or instrumentality of the State of Western Australia, any Minister (including the State), whether body corporate or otherwise, and their officers, employees, consultants, contractors, agents, and personnel.
