Common use of Benefit of Indemnities Clause in Contracts

Benefit of Indemnities. The obligations of Lessee in respect of all indemnities, obligations, adjustments and payments in Section 9.1 or 9.3 are expressly made for the benefit of, and shall be enforceable by, the Indemnitee or Tax Indemnitee entitled thereto, without declaring the Lease to be in default or taking other action thereunder, and notwithstanding any provision of the Trust Indenture.
