Adjustments Resulting in Underpayments In the case of any adjustment pursuant to a Final Determination with respect to any such Tax Return, the Responsible Company shall pay to the applicable Tax Authority when due any additional Tax due with respect to such Tax Return required to be paid as a result of such adjustment pursuant to a Final Determination. The Responsible Company shall compute the amount attributable to the Altisource Group in accordance with Article II and Altisource shall pay to OFC any amount due OFC (or OFC shall pay Altisource any amount due Altisource) under Article II within 30 days from the later of (i) the date the additional Tax was paid by the Responsible Company or (ii) the date of receipt of a written notice and demand from the Responsible Company for payment of the amount due, accompanied by evidence of payment and a statement detailing the Taxes paid and describing in reasonable detail the particulars relating thereto. Any payments required under this Section 5.01(c) shall include interest computed at the Base Rate based on the number of days from the date the additional Tax was paid by the Responsible Company to the date of the payment under this Section 5.01(c).
Positive Test Results In the event an employee tests positive for drug use, the employee will be provided, in writing, notice of their right to explain the test results. The employee may indicate any relevant circumstance, including over the counter or prescription medication taken within the last thirty (30) days, or any other information relevant to the reliability of, or explanation for, a positive test result.
Transition Review Period In accordance with Article 35, Layoff and Recall, the Employer may require an employee to complete a transition review period.
Review Periods Owner shall have up to ten (10) Business Days from its receipt of the documents listed in Sections 1.3 and 1.4 above, to issue to Contractor written comments on such documents, Drawings and Specifications. The Owner’s approval rights only apply to documents listed in Section 1.3. If comments are not received for items listed in Section 1.3 in ten (10) Business Days, the Contractor may proceed with the development of the Drawings and Specifications with the design reflected in the uncommented document. Owner will annotate the Drawings and Specifications as appropriate and return to Contractor. In the event that Owner disapproves the Drawings or Specifications, Owner shall provide Contractor with a written statement of the reasons for such rejection within the time period required for Owner’s response, and Contractor shall provide Owner with agreed to revised and corrected Drawings and Specifications as soon as possible thereafter.
Year-End Adjustment If necessary, on or before the last day of the first month of each fiscal year, an adjustment payment shall be made by the appropriate party in order that the actual Fund Operating Expenses of a Fund for the prior fiscal year (including any reimbursement payments hereunder with respect to such fiscal year) do not exceed the Operating Expense Limit.

Positive Test Result Where there has been a positive test result in a confirmatory test and in any confirmatory retest (if the employee requested one), the Employer will do the following unless the employee has furnished a legitimate medical reason for the positive test result:
