Contract Years. 3.2 The Contractor shall have right to renewal of the Exploration Authorization two times, for a period of Three (3) Contract Years each time, if he has fulfilled for the preceding exploration phase the work obligations stipulated in Article 4 here below and provided that he furnishes the bank guarantee for the renewal period pursuant to Article 4.6 here below.

Contract Years. 2. The Rent for each Contract Year shall be payable by the Company in two equal semiannual installments, one on the 1st Day of the relevant Contract Year and the other on the 1st Day of the seventh (7th) month of each Contract Year; provided always that the first payment of Rent shall be made by the Company only seven (7) Days after the Possession Date.
Contract Years. Upon the conclusion of such twelve (12) Contract Years, this Agreement shall automatically renew for two (2) successive five (5) year terms each unless notice of termination is given by either Party at least one (1) year prior to the end of the Term.
Contract Years. Tabular values after the 20th contract year will be the net level premium reserves, taking into account the increase in scheduled premium amount on the Contract Change Date. To compute them, we will use the mortality tables and interest rate we describe above. There will be the same exclusions.
Contract Years. Tabular values not shown on page 4 will be computed using the standard nonforfeiture method and the mortality table and interest rate we describe above. Contract Years. 2.4. At the end of the Initial Term and any Renewal Term, GRTC and Contractor may mutually agree upon modifications to Attachment C of this Agreement to be effective in the subsequent Renewal Term.
