Customer Satisfaction and Benchmarking. 4.01. Customer Satisfaction Survey Supplier shall, upon Customer’s request and at Supplier’s cost and expense, perform customer satisfaction surveys of Customer pursuant to Exhibit 18 and provide support and assistance to Customer with respect to customer satisfaction surveys of Customer’s clients. The results of the first such survey conducted following the Effective Date shall be the baseline for measurement of the performance improvements described in Section 4.02.
