BCII and FBI Reports. In the event it is necessary for the Board to employ an employee prior to having received the results of the criminal records investigation, that employee’s employment shall be contingent upon subsequent receipt by the Board of a report from the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCII) and Federal Bureau Investigation (FBI) that is not inconsistent with the employee’s answers to questions during the interview process.

BCII and FBI Reports. 39.1 The Board will conduct BCII and FBI criminal record checks in compliance with the requirements in State law for all newly hired employees and current bargaining unit members. For any background checks conducted following the ratification of this 2012-2015 Agreement, the Board shall pay the full costs of BCII and FBI background checks required for continued employment of bargaining unit members.

  • COPIES OF REGULATORY REPORTS AND FILINGS Upon reasonable request, Competitive Supplier shall provide to the Town a copy of each public periodic or incident-related report or record relating to this ESA which it files with any Massachusetts or federal agency regulating rates, service, compliance with environmental laws, or compliance with affirmative action and equal opportunity requirements, unless the Competitive Supplier is required by law or regulation to keep such reports confidential. The Town shall treat any reports and/or filings received from Competitive Supplier as confidential information subject to the terms of Article 16.   • Buyer Financial Information If requested by Seller, Buyer shall deliver to Seller (a) within one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of each fiscal year with respect to Buyer, a copy of Buyer’s annual report containing audited consolidated financial statements for such fiscal year, if available, and (b) within sixty (60) days after the end of each of Buyer’s first three fiscal quarters of each fiscal year, a copy of Buyer’s quarterly report containing unaudited consolidated financial statements for each accounting period, if available, prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Buyer shall be deemed to have satisfied such delivery requirement if the applicable report is publicly available on Buyer’s website or on the SEC XXXXX information retrieval system; provided however, that should such statements not be available on a timely basis due to a delay in preparation or certification, such delay shall not be an Event of Default, so long as such statements are provided to Seller upon their completion and filing with the SEC.

  • Submission of Audits and Financial Statements A. Audits Due the earlier of 30 days after receipt of the independent certified public accountant's report or nine months after the end of the fiscal year, Grantee shall submit electronically one copy of the single audit or program-specific audit to the System Agency via:
