Base Salary; Accrued Vacation. Executive shall receive severance pay in an amount equal to twelve (12) months of the Base Salary (at the rate in effect immediately before the date of termination) paid in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll practices and subject to the usual required withholding, plus an amount equal to all accrued and unpaid vacation or paid-time off outstanding on Executive’s termination date. To the extent that all sums due pursuant to this Section 7(a)(i) have not been paid by the 15th day of third month of the calendar year following the calendar year of termination during which the date of termination occurs, the remaining amount due will be paid on that date.

  • Accrued Salary and Vacation On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings.   • Salary Benefits and Bonus Compensation 3.1 BASE SALARY.
