Common use of Bargaining Unit Membership Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Unit Membership. A. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Employee- Management Relations Act, Chapter 288 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, the Southern Nevada Health District, hereinafter referred to as the "District," recognizes the Service Employees International Union, S.E.I.U. Local 1107, hereinafter referred to as the "Union," as the exclusive representative of Health District employees who are eligible to be members of General Bargaining Unit and to be represented by the Union except as limited by NRS 288.
