Bargaining Terms. 1. The Board and the Association agree to negotiate regarding wages, hours, terms and other conditions of employment for unit members, and the continuation, modification, or deletion of a provision of this Agreement.

Bargaining Terms. The parties each voluntarily and without qualification waive any right which might otherwise exist under law to negotiate over any matter during the term of this collective bargaining agreement (“Agreement”). Each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any matter, except as otherwise specifically provided herein, even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both parties at the time they negotiated or signed this Agreement.

  • Shipping Terms All deliveries will be F.O.B. destination, freight pre-paid, with all transportation and handling charges paid by the Contractor.

  • Accounting Terms (a) All accounting terms not specifically or completely defined herein shall be construed in conformity with, and all financial data (including financial ratios and other financial calculations) required to be submitted pursuant to this Agreement shall be prepared in conformity with, GAAP applied on a consistent basis, as in effect from time to time, applied in a manner consistent with that used in preparing the Audited Financial Statements, except as otherwise specifically prescribed herein.

  • Bargaining unit members shall earn their salary at the Equalized Daily rate. A bargaining unit member’s Equalized Daily Rate of Pay shall be calculated based upon dividing the annual salary by the number of paid days in the bargaining unit member’s work calendar. Upon termination, bargaining unit members shall be paid through their last day worked at the Equalized Daily rate.

  • Definition of Bargaining Unit Where the words “bargaining unit” or “union” are used in this Agreement, such reference shall be deemed to mean COPE Local 378 members employed by the Employer and covered by the certificate referred to in Section 1.01 of this Agreement.

  • Waiver of Bargaining While this MOU is in full force and effect, Employer and Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to the express subjects or matters included in this MOU, except as otherwise specified in this MOU.
