AWARD OF BIDS. Successful bidder(s) will be awarded a Lease of real property for the construction, operation and maintenance, as per generally accepted industry standards, of a communications facility and antennas. Bid awards shall be given, as space on the communications tower allows, in the order of bid amount, with the highest bids being given preference.
AWARD OF BIDS. The successful bidder shall be determined as the responsive and responsible bidder who submits the lowest actual or calculated cost as detailed with the IFB. In addition to statutory/regulatory definitions of “responsive and responsible”, the contemplated contractor (a) shall warrant delivery of the specified items and/or services in the timeframes/metrics required by the IFB and contract documents, and (b) in the opinion of the HA, such contemplated award must be in the best interest of the HA. All bidders will be notified in a timely manner of the results of the evaluation after award and contract documents executed.

Successful bidder(s) will be awarded the right to enter into a lease with the Township for the installation, operation and maintenance, as per generally accepted industry standards, of antennas on an existing tower and space for associated communications equipment (“Lease”). Bid awards shall be given, as space on the communications tower allows, in the order of bid amount, with the highest bids being given preference.
AWARD OF BIDS. Successful bidder(s) will be awarded the right to enter into a Lease of real property with the Borough for the construction, installation, operation and maintenance, as per generally accepted industry standards, of ground communications equipment (“Lease”). Successful bidder(s) will be awarded the right to enter into a separate tower lease with the Lead Bidder (as defined in Section 2 of the Project Specifications) for the installation, operation and maintenance, as per generally accepted industry standards, antennas on an existing tower (“Tower Lease”). Bid awards shall be given, as space on the communications tower allows, in the order of bid amount, with the highest bids being given preference.
AWARD OF BIDS. The DEPARTMENT must concur in the award of bid to procure equipment for the Project made by the CONTRACTOR prior to the execution of an agreement between the CONTRACTOR and any bidder.
