Work must be completed in an approved institute of higher learning. Work taken must be in an area approved by the administration. When enrolling in a degree program, cohort, or certificate program teachers may submit their request to the Superintendent to get approval for the entire program, not class by class. Every semester the teacher will be expected to submit notification of their semester classes that are part of the degree program, cohort, or certificate program. If teacher is a student at large then individual classes will need to be submitted to the Superintendent for approval on a semester to semester basis.
