Atlantic Targets and Marine Operations Division. The Atlantic Targets and Marine Operations (ATMO) Division supports developmental and operational test and evaluation and fleet training by providing land, sea and aerial target services. The division provides the personnel, maritime support vessels, and test assets to support the Range safety clearance function, to deploy and recover land, sea and aerial targets, to design and fabricate prototype land and sea targets, to perform underwater and land test- article recovery operations, and to prepare and plan for full-scale sea target hulks utilized in Weapons Effects Testing (WET) to conduct at sea testing. ATMO has several major East Coast activities located in Maryland, Virginia, and Florida, and also operates out of several remote satellite locations, including (but not limited to): Mayport, FL; Pearl Harbor, HI, and the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC), and countries with coastlines on the Mediterranean Sea.

  • School Operations The School’s governing board shall be solely responsible for the operation of the school and exercise continuing oversight over the School’s operations.   • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Safe Operations Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an NTO may take, or cause to be taken, such action with respect to the operation of its facilities as it deems necessary to maintain Safe Operations. To ensure Safe Operations, the local operating rules of the ITO(s) shall govern the connection and disconnection of generation with NTO transmission facilities. Safe Operations include the application and enforcement of rules, procedures and protocols that are intended to ensure the safety of personnel operating or performing work or tests on transmission facilities.

  • Co-operation 1. The Parties shall take all appropriate and necessary measures to ensure fulfilment of the obligations and objectives arising out of this programme agreement.

  • Professional Development Funds 23.1.1 Two Professional Development Funds, a Professional Development Support Fund and an Education Leave Fund, shall be established to support professional development activities as defined in 23.2. On April 1st of each year, the College will allocate an amount equal to no less than 0.9% of total faculty salary (exclusive of severance payments) to the Professional Development Support Fund, and an amount equal to no less than 0.6% of total faculty salary to the Educational Leave Fund. Any unused balances in these funds shall carry over to the next budget year.

  • PHASED DEVELOPMENT 15.1 The Seller reserves to itself, and to its successors in title as Developer, all such rights as are provided for in section 25 of the STA, to erect and complete a phased development on the Land from time to time, but no later than 15 (fifteen) years from the date of opening of the Sectional Title Register, for its personal account.
