ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Section 4.1 - The Association and its members shall have the right to use school buildings for organizational meetings and the right to transact official Association business on school property at reasonable times, provided these meetings shall not interfere with or interrupt the normal school operations, and that the time and space to be used be cleared with the principal of the building wherein the meetings are to be held.
