ARTICLES APPLYING TO NURSES. The following Articles of this Agreement, except as may otherwise be modified below, shall apply to nurses, and references in these Articles to “teachers” or “instructional employees” shall include “registered professional nurses”: Article I (Association Rights), II(A) (Joint Committees), III(A) (Professional Growth and Curriculum Development Committee), IV(B) (Assignments, Change and Notification), V(C) (Teacher Files), VI(E6, G, H, I2, I3, I5, K, L, M) (Teaching Conditions), VII(A, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J) (Insurance, Health and Annuity Benefits), VIII(C, E, F, G,H, I) (Leaves), XII (Xxxxxx Law 204-a Notice), XIII (Memorandum of Understanding), XIV (Severability), XV (Length of Agreement), XVI (Extracurricular Unit Pay), XVII Affordable Care Act Cadillac Tax, XVIII (Miscellaneous Salaries), Appendices A (Grievance Procedure), I (Increment Withholding). All Articles of this Agreement not otherwise referenced above shall not apply to nurses.

Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable Regulation / Guidelines / Directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be to the account of the Power Producer.

  • Headings and References The headings of this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and neither constitute a part of this Agreement nor affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement. When a reference in this Agreement is made to a Section, such reference shall be to a Section of this Agreement unless otherwise indicated.
