ARTICLE I AGREEMENT. A. The articles and provisions contained herein constitute an agreement (“Agreement”) by and between the Governing Board of Ceres Unified School District (“District”) and the Ceres Unified Teachers’ Association (“Association”), an affiliate of CTA/NEA.

ARTICLE I AGREEMENT. 1.1 The Articles and Provisions contained herein constitute the sole agreement by and between the XXXX XXXX UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT, hereinafter called "DISTRICT" and MARFAC ASSOCIATION/CALIFORNIA TEACHERS ASSOCIATION/NATIONAL EDUCATION ASSOCIATION, hereinafter called "ASSOCIATION". This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect from ratification date to June 30, 2023.

The signatories shall be the President of the District Board of Trustees and the Chief Xxxxxxx of TIBO. The District recognizes the TIBO as the exclusive representative of San Diego Community College District instructors at the Naval Technical Training Center (NTTC) Xxxxx Station, Pensacola in accordance with the certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) dated June 7, 2001, Case No. LA-RR-1070/Unit Recognition, pursuant to a Voluntary Recognition.
