Area Measurement. The length of the sample shall be measured in three locations, 12.7 mm from each end and in the middle, and recorded as L1, L2 and L3 (Figure 3). In the same manner, the width shall be measured and recorded as W1, W2 and W3 (Figure 3). These measurements shall be taken on the centreline of the thickness. The crush area shall then be calculated as: A = (L1 + L2 + L3) x (W1 + W2 + W3)
Area Measurement. (1) The area measurement of the agricultural parcel as part of an on-the-spot verification shall be carried out on all agricultural parcels for which an aid application and/or payment request has been submitted.

Area Measurement. Rentable Area" means area measured in accordance with American National Standard Z65.1-1996, as published by BOMA International.
Area Measurement. The Rentable Area of the Leased Premises shall be measured and certified by the Landlord’s architect or surveyor on or before the Commencement Date in accordance with BOMA ANSI standards ANSI Z65.1-1980, reaffirmed 1989, and the Rent shall be adjusted in accordance with the certified Rentable Area of the Leased Premises. The Landlord, at its cost, will, within 20 Business Days of the Commencement Date, provide to the Tenant with a certificate of measurement from its architect or surveyor as to the Rentable Area of the Leased Premises and the parties agree to be bound thereby. The Landlord and the Tenant acknowledge and agree that this Section 1 has been complied with as of the date of execution of this Lease with the Rentable Area of the Leased Premises being 27,599 square feet as set out in Section 4.08 of this Lease.
Area Measurement. Tenant has reviewed and approves the system of measurement defining the rentable and usable square footage of the Premises.
