Outer passenger Clause Samples

The 'Outer passenger' clause defines the rights and responsibilities of individuals who are not primary parties to a contract or agreement but are present or involved in a related capacity, such as guests or third-party observers. In practice, this clause may specify the extent to which these outer passengers are covered by the agreement’s terms, such as liability waivers, safety requirements, or access permissions. Its core function is to clarify the legal status and protections (or lack thereof) for these individuals, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes regarding their involvement.
