Approval of New Non-Program Materials. CONTRACTOR may request that items be added or removed to the approved list of Non-Program Materials used to calculate the Material Recovery Standard. Requests to amend the Non-Program Material List shall be made in writing to the Director. If the request is to add an item to the Non-Program Materials List, CONTRACTOR shall include a statement in the request that the item was collected during the provision of SFD Residential Recycling Collection Services, a description of specifically how the material will be diverted, tonnage collected for the past six (6) months, to the extent available, tonnage projected to be collected over the next twelve (12) months, and such other information as may be requested by CITY. The Director shall review the request and respond to CONTRACTOR with in thirty (30) calendar days, whose decision will be final.

Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • Construction materials (1) The restrictions of section 1605 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Pub. L. 111-5) (Recovery Act) do not apply to Recovery Act designated country manufactured construction material. The restrictions of the Buy American statute do not apply to designated country unmanufactured construction material. Consistent with U.S. obligations under international agreements, this clause implements--

  • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitation, either by competitive bidding or negotiation, made by the Contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential Subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Contractor of the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement and the Regulations relative to non-discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.

  • Access to Network Interface Device (NID 2.4.3.1. Due to the wide variety of NIDs utilized by BellSouth (based on subscriber size and environmental considerations), Mpower may access the on-premises wiring by any of the following means: BellSouth shall allow Mpower to connect its loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premise. Mpower agrees to install compatible protectors and test jacks and to maintain the protection system and equipment and to indemnify BellSouth pursuant to Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

  • Marketing Materials (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to furnish the Manager at its principal office for prior review and approval by the Manager all written and/or printed materials, including but not limited to, PowerPointÒ or slide presentations, news releases, advertisements, brochures, fact sheets and other promotional, informational or marketing materials (the “Marketing Materials”) for internal use or public dissemination, that are produced or are for use or reference by the Sub-Adviser, its affiliates or other designees, broker-dealers or the public in connection with the Series, and Sub-Adviser shall not use any such materials if the Manager reasonably objects in writing within five business days (or such other period as may be mutually agreed) after receipt thereof. Marketing Materials may be furnished to the Manager by first class or overnight mail, facsimile transmission equipment, electronic delivery or hand delivery.

  • Additional Information for Product Development Projects Outcome of product development efforts, such copyrights and license agreements. • Units sold or projected to be sold in California and outside of California. • Total annual sales or projected annual sales (in dollars) of products developed under the Agreement. • Investment dollars/follow-on private funding as a result of Energy Commission funding. • Patent numbers and applications, along with dates and brief descriptions.  Additional Information for Product Demonstrations: • Outcome of demonstrations and status of technology. • Number of similar installations. • Jobs created/retained as a result of the Agreement.

  • Removal of Equipment and Materials Within 30 days after completion of the requirements of this contract, PURCHASER shall remove from the areas of operations, and other property owned or controlled by STATE, all equipment, materials, and other property PURCHASER has placed or caused to be placed thereon that is not to become the property of STATE. It is agreed that any such equipment, materials, and other property that are not removed within 30 days, shall become the property of STATE and may be used or otherwise disposed of by STATE without notice or obligation to PURCHASER or to any party to whom PURCHASER may transfer title. Nothing in this section shall be construed as relieving PURCHASER from an obligation to clean up and to burn, remove, or dispose of debris, waste materials, and such, in accordance with the provisions of this contract. PURCHASER shall indemnify STATE for expenses as a result of cleanup, removal or disposal of debris, waste materials, and such.
