APPLYING FOR AND OBTAINING THE APPLICABLE CDOT REGION. MAINTENANCE PERMIT. The following describes the process by which the applicable CDOT Region Maintenance Permit can be accessed and obtained at the web site: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/business/permits/utilitiesspecialuse/online-permit-application. After accessing the web site: • Click on Utility and Special Use Permits (Traffic Cone Icon). • Click on the appropriate CDOT Region on the map. • Enter email address to receive password. • Enter password. • Select Create New Application. • Under Purpose of Permit, select Maintenance of the Existing Facility and complete permit. It should be noted that the expiration date of the applicable CDOT Region Maintenance Permit will be the same date on which the Lessee insurance, which is required in accordance with Section 14 below (INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS), expires. Following issuance of the applicable CDOT Region Maintenance Permit the CDOT automated system will send notification to Lessee thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of the applicable CDOT Region Maintenance Permit. It shall be the sole responsibility of Lessee to ensure that the applicable CDOT Region Maintenance Permit is renewed by contacting applicable CDOT Region Utilities and providing a copy of updated/renewed Lessee insurance.

  • Contractors Submission Respecting the Agreement The Contractor shall, as part of the Contractor's submission respecting this Contract, complete the attached Schedule B, Identification of Principles; Schedule C, Schedule of Tendered Unit Prices; Schedule D, Schedule of Equipment to be used on the work; and Schedule E, Schedule of Sub-Contractors. The Contract including all appended schedules shall be completed in complete conformity with the instructions to bidders contained in the document entitled "General Provisions and Contract Specification for Highway Construction". In presenting the Contractor’s submission for consideration by the Minister, the Contractor understands that until, and unless, the Contract is endorsed by the Minister, no Contract between the parties shall exist and the Minister shall not be bound to endorse any Contract.

  • Your Rights and Our Responsibilities After We Receive Your Written Notice We must acknowledge your letter within 30 days, unless we have corrected the error by then. Within 90 days, we must either correct the error or explain why we believe the statement was correct. After we receive your letter, we cannot try to collect any amount you question or report you as delinquent. We can continue to bill you for the amount you question, including FINANCE CHARGES, and we can apply any unpaid amount against your credit limit. You do not have to pay any questioned amount while we are investigating, but you are still obligated to pay the parts of your statement that are not in question. If we find that we made a mistake on your statement, you will not have to pay any FINANCE CHARGES related to any questioned amount. And, we must tell you the name of anyone we reported you to. We must tell anyone we report you to that the matter has been settled between us when it finally is. If we don’t follow these rules, we can’t collect the first $50.00 of the questioned amount, even if your statement was correct.

Company Eversource Gas Company of Massachusetts d/b/a Eversource Energy Company Gas Allowance The difference between the sum of all amounts of Gas received into the Company’s distribution system and the sum of all amounts of Gas delivered from the Company’s distribution system as calculated by the Company for the most recent twelve (12) month period ending July 31. Such difference shall include, but not be limited to, Gas consumed by the Company for its own purposes, line losses and Gas vented and lost as a result of an event of Force Majeure, excluding gas otherwise accounted for. Company-Managed Supplies Capacity contracts held and managed by the Company in accordance with governing tariffs, but made available to the Supplier pursuant to Section 13.9 of these Terms and Conditions, including supply-sharing contracts and load- management contracts. Consumption Algorithm A mathematical formula used to estimate a Customer’s daily consumption. Critical Day In accordance with Section 19.0 of these Terms and Conditions, a Day declared at any time by the Company in its reasonable discretion when unusual operating conditions may jeopardize operation of the Company’s distribution system.

  • Terminating the Agreement With reasonable cause, either Client or Contractor may terminate this Agreement, effective immediately upon giving written notice. Reasonable cause includes: A material violation of this Agreement; Any act exposing the other party to liability to others for personal injury or property damage; or Either party terminating this Agreement at any time by giving days' written notice to the other party of the intent to terminate.

  • Execution of the Agreement The Company, the party executing this Agreement on behalf of the Company, and the Consultant, have the requisite corporate power and authority to enter into and carry out the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as all transactions contemplated hereunder. All corporate proceedings have been taken and all corporate authorizations and approvals have been secured which are necessary to authorize the execution, delivery and performance by the Company and the Consultant of this Agreement.   • PROCEDURES FOR ADDRESSING UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS AND OTHER TRANSACTION PROBLEMS In the event of a problem with a Debit Card transaction, or unauthorized Debit Card transaction, other than a matter related to goods or services provided by Merchants, I will report the issue promptly to my Credit Union and the Credit Union will investigate and respond to the issue on a timely basis. My Credit Union will not unreasonably restrict me from the use of any funds subject to dispute, if it is reasonably evident that I did not contribute to the problem or unauthorized transaction. My Credit Union will respond to my report of a problem or unauthorized transaction within 10 business days and will indicate what reimbursement, if any, will be made for any loss incurred by me. Reimbursement will be made for losses from a problem or unauthorized use in this time frame if it is evident that I did not contribute knowingly to the problem or unauthorized transaction and that I took reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of my PIN or Passcode. An extension of the 10-day limit may be necessary if my Credit Union requires me to provide a written statement or affidavit to aid its investigation.

  • Subcontracting for the Provision of Services (a) The parties acknowledge that, subject to the provisions of LHSIA, the HSP may subcontract the provision of some or all of the Services. For the purposes of this Agreement, actions taken or not taken by the subcontractor, and Services provided by the subcontractor, will be deemed actions taken or not taken by the HSP, and Services provided by the HSP.
