Annual Leave: Paid Holidays. (a) Xxxxxxx shall have thirty (30) days of annual leave per year with no accumulation, and such annual leave may be taken at his discretion, time, and schedule permitting. Xxxxxxx shall have the option to take up to two (2) weeks per year of annual leave in cash equal to not more than two (2) weeks of salary based upon his then current Salary; provided, however, that such option shall be exercised in writing to the Board of Trustees chairman or chairwoman within thirty (30) days prior to the end of the July 1 fiscal year of the District. If Xxxxxxx does not take any or his entire annual leave on or before June 30 of each year of the Term of this Agreement, and does not exercise his option to take up to two (2) weeks in cash, that year's annual leave shall be forfeited.

  • Holiday Leave Holiday leave provisions shall be as noted below:

  • Annual Leave (a) An employee may elect with the consent of the employer, subject to the Annual Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000, to take annual leave not exceeding five days in single day periods or part thereof, in any calendar year at a time or times agreed by the parties.

  • Vacation/Holidays The Executive shall be entitled to all public holidays observed by the Company and vacation days in accordance with the applicable vacation policies for senior executives of the Company, which shall be taken at a reasonable time or times.

  • PAID HOLIDAYS 12.01 (a) A full-time employee who otherwise qualifies hereunder shall receive the following paid holidays: New Year's Day (Jan. 1st) Labour Day 3rd Monday in February Thanksgiving Day Easter Monday Remembrance Day (Nov.11th) Good Friday Christmas Day (Dec. 25th) Victoria Day Boxing Day (Dec. 26th) Canada Day (July 1st) Civic Holiday

  • Overtime Holidays Double time the regular rate for work on the following holiday(s). New Year's Day

  • Annual Paid Sick Leave Fifteen (15) days sick leave per year shall be earned by an employee at the rate of 1.25 days for every month that an employee is employed.

  • Religious Holiday Leave An employee may use two (2) sick days for religious observances if he/she has no personal business leave days. When an employee requests the use of this leave for days not known to be a religious holiday, the Board may request documentation.

  • Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays The period of annual leave prescribed by this clause is exclusive of any public holidays, and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day which in the case of that employee would have been an ordinary working day, there will be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such day had not been a holiday.

  • Annual Leave Loading (a) In addition to their ordinary pay, an employee, other than a shiftworker, will be paid an annual leave loading of 17.5% of their ordinary pay on a maximum of 152 hours/four weeks annual leave per annum.
