  • Amendment to Schedule 1 1(b). Schedule 1.1(b) to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as provided on Schedule 1.1(b) attached hereto.

  • APPENDIX H Appendix H, Contractor’s Insurance Requirements, attached hereto, is hereby expressly made a part of this Contract as fully as if set forth at length herein. The Contractor shall maintain in force at all times during the terms of the resultant Contract, policies of insurance pursuant to the requirements outlined in Appendix H – Contractor’s Insurance Requirements.

  • Schedule 3 1. The first footnote in Schedule 3.1 of the Original Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Amendment to Schedule 2 1. Schedule 2.1 to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in the form attached as Schedule II hereto.

  • Schedule C Schedule C to the Agreement, setting forth the Portfolios of the Trust on behalf of which the Trust is entering into the Agreement, is hereby replaced in its entirety by Schedule C attached hereto.

  • Exhibits/Schedules The Exhibits and Schedules to this Agreement are hereby incorporated and made a part hereof and are an integral part of this Agreement. All Exhibits and Schedules annexed hereto or referred to herein are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this Agreement as if set forth in full herein.
