Amendment to Schedule 1. 1(b). Schedule 1.1(b) to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as provided on Schedule 1.1(b) attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 1. The Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete Schedule 1 (Commitments of Lenders) therefrom and to insert in place thereof a new Schedule 1 in the form of Schedule 1 hereto.

Amendment to Schedule 1. 1. Schedule 1.1 of the Master Purchase Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety with Schedule 1.1 to this Amendment No. 2.
Amendment to Schedule 1. 1.
