Amendment to Schedule 1. 1.
(a) Schedule 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following defined terms in the appropriate alphabetical order:
Amendment to Schedule 1. 1 (Definitions). Effective on (and subject to the occurrence of) the Second Amendment Effective Date, Schedule 1.1 of the Existing Credit Agreement is amended by deleting the definitions of “Applicable Margin”, “Eligible Real Property”, “Fixed Asset Availability Amount”, “Fixed Charges”, “Increased Reporting Period” and “Maximum Revolver Amount” set forth therein and substituting in lieu thereof, respectively, the following:
Amendment to Schedule 1. 1(a). Schedule 1.1(a) is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as set forth on the Amended Schedule 1.1(a).
Amendment to Schedule 1. 01. Schedule 1.01 to the Credit Agreement shall be and it hereby is amended in its entirety and replaced with Schedule 1.01 attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 1. The Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete Schedule 1 (Commitments of Lenders) therefrom and to insert in place thereof a new Schedule 1 in the form of Schedule 1 hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 1. 1C. Schedule 1.1C of the Agreement is hereby replaced with the Schedule 1.1C attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 1. 1B Schedule 1.1B of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as attached as Exhibit C.
Amendment to Schedule 1. 1. Schedule 1.1 (Lenders and Commitments) to the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Schedule 1.1 attached to this Amendment.
Amendment to Schedule 1. 01. Schedule 1.01 to the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by Schedule 1.01 attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 1. 1(hhhhhh). Schedule 1.1(hhhhhh) of the Purchase Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as set forth on Schedule 1.1(hhhhhh) attached hereto.
