Amount of Subaward. A. The State shall pass-through federal funds and make a subaward to the Subrecipient in the amount not to exceed $479,070.00 for the Project. The Total Project costs and match requirements are as follows: PDM Subaward amount passed through by the State $479,070.00 Local cost share provided by the Subrecipient $159,690.00 Total approved Project cost $638,760.00

Amount of Subaward. This subaward is for an amount not to exceed $10,000.00. The funds received by the Subrecipient pursuant to this Agreement shall be used only to implement the Project in conformance with this Agreement and for no other purpose.
Amount of Subaward. A. TOTAL SUBAWARD. DHHS shall pay the Subrecipient a total amount of $285,500. This amount is an estimate based upon the claim and reimbursement amounts from the prior year and current year projections. The State may, with written notice to the Subrecipient, increase the total estimated amount, if the Subrecipient provides a written statement of costs which are determined to be allowable and approved.

  • Amount of Compensation City shall pay Contractor for performance of all Services rendered in accordance with this Contract in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000.
