Amount Payable for Timber. Except as pro- vided in BT3.1, Current Contract Rates and Required De- posits in effect when a Payment Unit is Released for Cut- ting shall be applied to the timber quantities to determine the amount Purchaser shall pay. A “Payment Unit” is a portion of Sale Area established for payment purposes.

  • Amount Payable The Subscriber will provide the funds required to purchase the Purchased Units (the “Purchase Price”) by no later than 10:00 a.m. on each Closing Date (as defined below) by certified cheque payable to the Partnership to be held in trust by the General Partner, and released in order to be applied to the purchase hereof. The Subscriber hereby instructs the General Partner to deal with the Purchase Price on the terms set forth herein.

If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.
