Amount of Sick Leave. (a) Full-time Employees - Full-time employees shall accumulate sick pay credits at the rate of one and a half (1-1/2) days per month for each calendar month of service up to a maximum credit of 240 days. The Parties agree that full-time employees will not accumulate sick leave credits during the separation period during July and August.
Amount of Sick Leave. Employees shall be granted sick leave on the basis of one and one-half (1 1/2) days per month of service in a continuing appointment, at the F.T.E. of current appointment. If in any one year employees have not used their sick leave, or only a portion thereof, it shall accrue to their credit for future use and benefits.

Amount of Sick Leave. Employees accumulate sick leave at the rate of twelve (12) hours per one hundred and seventy-three (173) regular hours paid, up to a maximum accumulation of one hundred and forty-four (144) hours in a calendar year and to a maximum accumulation of one thousand (1,000) hours.
Amount of Sick Leave. 1. Sick leave with pay shall accrue to any full time employee on the basis of one (1) working day per month during the remainder of the first calendar year of employment after initial appointment and fifteen (15) days in every calendar year thereafter.
Amount of Sick Leave. After two (2) months' employment, a full-time employee shall be entitled to one and one-half (1½) days sick leave with pay for each calendar month worked; such sick leave to be cumulative from year to year. Further sick leave with pay, within any yearly period shall be left to the discretion of the Sick Bank Committee. In cases where the Employer has reason to suspect abuse, an employee may be required to produce a certificate from a medical practitioner for any illness, certifying that they were unable to carry out their duties due to illness. The Employer shall pay the cost, if any, providing that the employee provides a receipt.
Amount of Sick Leave. In no event will an employee be entitled to more than six (6) days paid sick leave per May 1st of each year.

The minimum sick leave with pay shall accrue to any full time employee on the basis of one (1) working day per month during the remainder of the first calendar year of employment after initial appointment and fifteen (15) working days in every calendar year thereafter. Effective January 1, 2003, the fifteen (15) work days shall be changed to one hundred thirty-two (132) hours.
Amount of Sick Leave. (a) Sick leave shall be granted to employees on regular appointments, who were in the employ of OC on regular appointment as of June 30, 1978, on the basis of one and one-half days for every month of service. Employees working less than full-time shall earn sick leave on a pro rata basis based on the employees' regular appointment. Sick leave shall be calculated from the date of employment. In any one year when employee(s) have not had sick leave or only a portion thereof, they shall be entitled to an accrual of all unused portion of sick leave up to a maximum of 250 working days for future benefits. A deduction shall be made from accumulated sick leave of all normal working days (exclusive of holidays) absent for sick leave as defined in this Agreement.
