Common use of Amount of Employer Contribution Clause in Contracts

Amount of Employer Contribution. For ASF Members eligible for an Employer Contribution as described in Section C, the amount of the Employer Contribution will be determined as follows beginning on January 1, 2014. The Employer Contribution amounts and rules in effect on June 30, 2013 will continue through December 31, 2013.

Amount of Employer Contribution. For ASF Members eligible for an Employer Contribution as described in Section C, the amount of the Employer Contribution will be determined as follows beginning on January 1, 20142006 2008. The Employer Contribution amounts and rules in effect on June 30, 2013 2005 2007 will continue through December 31, 20132005 2007.

The Employer Contribution amounts and rules in effect on June 30, 2013 2011 will continue through December 31, 20132011.
