Amenities Allowance Sample Clauses

Amenities Allowance. In recognition that smaller Construction/Mod sites usually do not have the same level of amenities as the larger sites and the requirement for employees to work on these sites for extended periods, an Amenities Allowance of $2.00 per hour will be paid for all hours worked. This allowance will be paid as a "flat" allowance and will be absorbed into any existing site allowance applying to that site. Amenities Allowance will be paid on sites meeting the following criteria: Quoted Construction, Mods and Repairs jobs exceeding 4 weeks in duration quoted after Agreement signing and with no suitable amenities provided. If there is any clarification required then a consultative committee will be set up to deal with these issues. Personnel who may be temporarily transferred to the jobs that meet the above criteria will also be eligible for this allowance. Maintenance personnel carrying out regular maintenance and/or callbacks will only be eligible for this allowance if they are working permanently on a Major Mod site for a minimum of eight weeks. Apprentices who work on these approved sites will receive this allowance. All other field employees are ineligible for this allowance. For and on Behalf of (the Company).
