Am I required to work on a public holiday. If you are full-time Employee, you will be entitled to take each of the public holidays specified in clauses 10.1 and 10.2 without loss of pay for the ordinary hours that you would have worked on that day had it not been a public holiday. If you are a part-time or flexible part-time Employee, you will be entitled to take each of the public holidays specified in clauses 10.1 and 10.2 that fall on a day on which you are ordinarily scheduled to work without loss of pay for ordinary hours that you would have worked on that day had it not been a public holiday. Subject to applicable law, casual Employees are not entitled to payment for public holidays not worked. Notwithstanding the above, there may be circumstances in which we require you to work on a public holiday.
