Work on a Public Holiday. All work performed on any of the days prescribed in this sub-clause, or substituted in lieu thereof, will be paid for at the rate of double time and a half (the accrual for the public holiday plus time and a half).

Work on a Public Holiday. (a) A team member cannot be required, but may volunteer to work on any public holiday as provided for in this clause.

(a) An employee who has been notified that he/she will be required to work on a public holiday or a substitute public holiday in accordance with 30.3, and reports for work and is ready willing and able to perform the work of which the employee has been notified will be provided with at least four hours work or at least four hours pay at the rate prescribed by this subclause.
