Allowance (Hired before January 1, 1996). A regular full time employee hired prior to January 1, 1996 who has completed ten years of continuous service will be credited with one hundred and sixty hours of vacation leave on January 1st preceding the employee’s anniversary date and each anniversary date thereafter until the employee has completed fifteen years of continuous service.
