Agreement in Entirety. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties.

In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this instrument, the provision of its attached exhibits and the provisions of any other attachments thereto, the provisions of this instrument shall prevail and control the operation of this Agreement. The obligations contained in Sections IV, VIII, IX, X, XI, and XII shall survive the termination of this Agreement regardless of the cause or reason for termination.
