Advancement on Salary Schedule. 1. Increments: Employees on the regular salary schedule shall be granted one increment or vertical step on the schedule for each year of service until the maximum for their educational classification is reached. A year of service for purpose of advancement on the salary schedule consists of employment in the Muscatine District for ninety (90) teaching days or more in one school year.
